If you want your product to be exchanged or returned to the store, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product by writing to email@example.com. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since the receipt of the product, it is no longer possible to return or change the product.
In order to qualify for the exchange of the goods or the return of the transaction amount, the goods must be unused and in the condition as they were at the time of receipt of the goods. The product must be in the original packaging.
To return the goods, it must be sent or delivered to the following address - Meimelin, Ieriķu Street 3, Riga, LV-1084, if Latvijas Pasts is used, or the Omniva parcel terminal, - Riga T / C DOMINA parcel terminal, indicating the telephone number +371 29447770.
The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer. The amount paid for the delivery is non-refundable. If the payment for the purchase is returned, it does not include delivery costs, only the value of the goods themselves.
Refund or change of transaction
As soon as we have received your returned product, we will inform you by e-mail that we have received it. When inspecting the product, we will inform you whether the product meets the above-mentioned features in order to qualify for a change or a refund of the transaction amount. If the refund is confirmed, you will receive a refund of the value of the goods to the account from which the payment was received. Payment will be refunded within the next two weeks.
